Force
The Force treadmill works by tethering an athlete in place so they become the “drive” or “force” of the belt momentum. Instead of a motor, there is a brake that increases/decreases resistance as needed for your training. By adding more resistance and varying interval time or target speeds, the Force is ideal for training Energy System Development (ESD).
